A specialist outpatient mental health service providing comprehensive assessments and treatment / management of children up to and including 12 years of age, or older if still at primary / intermediate school, who present with moderate to severe mental health problems and severe emotional or behavioural problems (including bedwetting and soiling problems), and their families.
