The Support & Disability Provider directory contains the name of providers who may not necessarily be funded by the Canterbury District Health Board. The list is by no means comprehensive but the directory listing will be reviewed and updated every three months. The Canterbury District Health Board is not responsible for the contents or reliability of the linked websites and does not necessarily endorse the views expressed within them. Listing shall not be taken as endorsement of any kind.

We offer sensitive and appropriate medical advice to male and female adults, adolescents and children. [N.B. Children are only seen after referral from another professional, e.g. Police, CYF , GP or Hospital doctor]. We provide specially trained and accredited doctors and nurses to provide medical and forensic examinations, practical and emotional support and referral to other agencies. |
